And a real pencil signature , unbelievable , but downside again a phonenumber that Vodafone charge's you extra for arround €0,50 per minute , in a conversation of minimal ten to twenty , as if you are constantly dyslexic , you then do not want to call them again , and again have to write Essent the same letter again , but with one 'huge' new fact , not only do they check each others records in every detail , but helpfull is the Enexis letter in that sense that they do not know , that Essent again wants the EAN-code Enexis gave my gasmeter to the luckely the same number as I phoned in to Essent , but number that , EAN what they call real specific , that is strangly attached with 10a , while I live at 10 , in this confusion , BUROCRATCY , I have to send Essent a letter about that again , they delliver gas to me with the wrong EAN-code so also are mentioning the wrong adress , so both facts I have to join together , and then finaly it will be in order I hope , instead of again this fuzz that I should be paying for those upstairs .
