what started by our Queen her birtday in the winter and anounced she had like to keep the thirties of April as national celebration day for her birthday , the same as her mother Juliana , it has a tradition of being a warm day most of the time , even after weatherforcasters were telling it might rain and have forcive winds as now today , but then that weatherforesight changed magicaly in bright sunshineweather , with unfortuantly the last few years this having a unwanted change of constant continuety by the global warming maybe , but more of a better weatherprediction these day's , hardly never a full day without sun , even better with never the real cats and dogs kind of pounding rain , and yes Beatrix is armed her self as it looks , and can not blame her for that .
