Sinusrythem ,

till this point again like Nuttmeg , 'not' a thing , as in realy every time you think you find someting about the relation on heartfailure and sleeploss , it is away from that as advice to relax well , after stop smoking not to go overeating and drinking , what I find strange is when this physical threat smoking is number one , then two is stress as it looks like , and unsucsesfullness in life is called a stressfactor , then we have to go retorical , what is sucses so is everything stress , getting back to the subject relaxation without smoking , overeating and overdrinking then the 'second' , making you loose sleep is stress , a directly to see and call stress in life , but firm evidence about sleep there is not , then just that sleep is something that happens , nothing more , not conpletly , but then it is not more than the heartrate lowers below the average 50 to 60 beats per minute going 40 sometime's even and is called a cardiac to when you got your eyes open and do not sleep , so than with that I can say that I defend life and the respect for it waymore , than that  filthy 'A'.F.O. inhabbiting upstairs my living .
